I really love France, especially the countryside. It's wonderful. All those hidden villages with the fabolous food, cheese and wine.

When I read your post, I made up my mind that next year I have to visit France again.

Thank you for the tip. I will definitely visit L'Hirondelle.

I recently discovered Ribeaupierre cheese, and I too am infatuated. I'm not much of a fromage freak, but this post about that cheese's origins was facinating. Thanks!

That cheese is fabulous! I also really enjoyed La Dime having eaten there with my family recently. I love that wine road - so bucolic!

Alsace

The secrets of Alsace , first is its wine once you have a taste of it, you can never taste wine such as this and the second is its cheese I also thought that wine is only the main product of Alsace but I was wrong.
